W.A.L.T gather, sort, count and display data.

The children were provided numerical data for the times to the nearest second it takes a class of students to run 100 metres.  They then had to make a display showing how fast the students in this class can run.

This is a first attempt at a bar graph.... (with no information from me) We will get better as we learn more about how a bar graph should look.  Ask your child something they learnt about bar graphs today.

This is a model of what a bar graph should look like.  We talked about lots of features a graph has and how to interpret the data given.
